Song Of The Week #21

Melancholic piano accompaniments coupled with an angelic voice? Seems like just the song for me. Whether it’s the song for you, we have yet to find out. Please welcome:

Fay Wolf – Black People

As already pointed out in her ReverbNation biography, Fay Wolf is a talented Los Angelesian singer-songwriter, who started out as an actress and finally delved into the music-making industry. Many might recognize her from her TV roles, ranging from full-length films (Happythankyoumoreplease) to small parts in series such as Ghost Whisperer or NCIS: Los Angeles.

After successfully releasing her debut Ep ‘Blankets’ in November of 2009 (with many of the tracks having been featured on shows such as One Tree Hill and Grey’s Anatomy), she then followed up her musical career with her first album in 2011, titled ‘Spiders’.

Black people is the seventh track on her debut album Spiders.
